VoIP phones allow you to make use of your broadband Internet connection to make and receive telephone calls, faxes and voicemail.
We can install switchboard type telephones allowing you to have 2 lines per extension. Multiple telephone lines with direct and group dial numbers. Menu systems, redirection to mobile numbers, music on hold and voicemail, plus many more features you’d expect from an expensive in house system.
The phones use your existing network cabling, and require no extra ports or switches as they ‘piggy back’ to existing connections.
Line rental starts from £0.00 and can be extended, reduced at will. Numbers are available for your area, national numbers and free phone numbers can all be configured for the system. We can also port most existing numbers to the VoIP system.
One of the biggest advantages to VoIP is the possibility of remote extensions. If you have employees that work from home we can install a phone in their house which will act the same as if connected at the office. This saves the extra cost of having to ring external numbers or mobiles to get in contact with your remote workers, and because there is no cost for phoning between extensions on the same account the savings quickly become apparent.
As each setup is unique it’s best to enquire for a full VoIP proposal and costing.
Today, more than ever before, telecommunications plays a vital role in the success of your business. How you implement and utilise your telecommunications will have a direct impact on the way your business is perceived by customers, prospects and the impression they form when calling you.
Customers have certain expectations when calling a business regardless of the nature of their call:
- Calls should be answered or at the very least have the ability to leave a message any time of day.
- If the wrong person answers their initial call, they will be transferred to the correct person and expect music while holding.
- The ability to select which department or person their call will be connected to depending on their requirements. If there is no one available to answer their call they should be able to wait to speak to a department once a representative becomes available.
- They do not expect to get a phone that just rings unanswered or to be told to call the right person back on a different number. Calls should no longer receive an engaged or busy tone.
In the past, businesses have addressed this challenge by implementing expensive and inflexible in house PBX systems connected to ISDN circuits. Today, the best way to achieve this is to utilise a hosted voice solution, such as our VoIP systems.
With regards to cost, our solution costs a fraction of the in house PBX. So it’s good for the bottom line.
Features and functionality wise, there is nothing that a hosted voice solution can’t do that an in house PBX can.
Best of all, our solution is totally scalable, so whether you are a new business just starting out or a large established business looking to implement a new system, this one solution really does cover all or any of your requirements.
You can simply choose, add or remove numbers, extensions, external routing, time profiles, call queues, IVR menus, custom prompts, music on hold, remote workers, call groups, conference call rooms and much more.
